- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 12 oz vodka
- 3 sprigs fresh dill sprigs
- 1 tbsp worchester sauce
- 1 hot pepper sliced
- 1 tbsp fresh garlic peeled
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 1/4 rim salt your favorite brand
Rinse a pint of cherry tomatoes, poke a few small holes with toothpicks in the tomatoes, and place in your sealable jar. Prep, wash, and slice your garlic, dill, and hot pepper.
In a separate bowl combine liquor, dill, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, hot pepper, and celery seed.
Mix the liquor mixture and then pour over the tomatoes and seal the jar for 5-7 days in the refrigerator. Give it a good shake once per day.
When ready to serve, extract the tomatoes with toothpicks and dip in your rim salt. Serve either on a platter or as a garnish on your Bloody Mary or martini.
